FIRST COURSE Terra Firma White truffle fat washed Tito’s Handmade Vodka finished with a fingerling potato brine.
Wagyu Steak & Frites Wood-fired grilled Australian Wagyu, toasted brioche, au poivre sauce, crispy shoe string potato.
SECOND COURSE Yuzu Blossom Petosky Stone Gin, elderflower, shiso, Yuzu, and light citrus notes.
Jumbo Lump Blue Crab Salad Jumbo lump crab, arugula, heirloom tomato, remoulade, radish, parmesan herb tart.
THIRD COURSE Dragons Kiss Fifolet Rum, ginger, passion fruit, lychee.
Chilean Seabass Smoked ginger fumet, fresh fennel, scallion oil.
FOURTH COURSE Rosemary Whisper Buffalo Trace Bourbon and Rosemary pink peppercorn simple.
Surf n’ Turf Filet mignon, poached lobster tail, peppercorn bordelaise, roasted carrots, potato pave, grilled asparagus, and shallots.
FIFTH COURSE Strawberry Vanilla Milk Punch Hennessy V.S, elderflower, Madagascar vanilla, and strawberry.
