 The Menu 

 First Course Watermelon & Jasmine  Lunazul, St. Germain, Watermelon, and Jasmine  Smoked Watermelon & Yellowfin Tuna  Cold smoked watermelon, sashimi-grade yellowfin tuna, compressed cucumber, charred jalapeño vinaigrette, micro cilantro, watermelon radish. 

 Second Course Cherry Blossom Lemonade Titos, Cointreau, Fresh squeezed Lemon Juice, Cherry Blossom simple   Grilled Peach & Burrata Wood fired Georgia peaches, burrata, prosciutto crisp, toasted pistachio, ‘ hot honey gastrique, basil oil.  

Third Course IPA Shandy  Bombay, Fritz’s Folly IPA, Chandon Spritz, Grapefruit, Simple  BBQ Butter Poached Lobster  Butter-poached lobster tail, sweet corn succotash, smoked bacon lardons, roasted poblano cream, charred scallion oil  

Fourth Course Peach Tea Old Fashioned Buffalo Trace, Peach puree, Iced Tea, and Simple  Cherry wood grilled Prime Dry Aged New York Strip  Served with smoked beef tallow potato pave, fire-roasted sweet corn puree, bourbon-blackberry barbecue reduction, crispy tobacco onions  

Fifth Course Smoke & Chocolate Laphroaig Select, Mozart White Chocolate Liqueur, Toasted milk, Madagascar Vanilla Simple  S’mores Pavlova Toasted Meringue, Chocolate Mascarpone, Graham Cracker Crumble, Raspberries
